Since 2019, Camp Gnarly has been redefining the summer camp experience with innovative and exciting adventures! As NYC's only Whole Child Adventure Summer Day Camp, we focus on empowering kids to choose their own activities, engaging them through our Whole Child Curriculum, and fostering a safe, inclusive environment for all. Campers can explore a diverse range of activities, including Skydiving, Kayaking, Aviation, Clayworld, Fishing, Horseback riding, Ultimate ninja courses, Rock climbing, Snowboarding, Skiing, Magic, Muralist, STEAM, Nerf wars, exciting Trips, and so much more!

Ume  Ume Campers will be moving, creating, and learning in a fun, safe, collaborative, and inspiring artistic and academic environment. Campers  will explore the works of famous composers, musicians, artists, and  dancers while implementing and developing their own creative skills  through the arts. Some activities Ume Ume Campers will be engaging in  are: singing, violin, keyboard, art/crafts, and movement.

Movement Summer Camps offer kids an action-packed adventure with rock climbing, fun games, and skill-building activities. Led by expert coaches, kids gain confidence, make friends, and have a blast! The Park Slope Day Camp, now in its 34th year, provides Brooklyn families with a safe, nurturing, and unique day camp experience. Three locations are offered: outdoor activities with indoor facilities in Carroll Gardens, Park Slope, and Windsor Terrace. Offerings include a mainly-outdoor, traditional day camp experience for children entering pre-K through grade 8; Sports Academy featuring team and individual sports for children entering grades 1- 6; Take the Stage featuring majors in stagecraft, acting, singing, and dancing for children entering grades 1- 6; and the Leadership Experience for teens entering grades 9 -10.

Join the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth this summer for rigorous, fresh, and fun in-person academic programs held at 10 locations in California, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island. CTY's three-week day and residential programs for advanced learners in grades 2-12 offer 70+ courses in math, science, writing, and the humanities, plus social activities like talent shows and dances. CTY challenges students and connects them with an engaged community of learners from around the world. Residential students in grades 5-12 experience learning and living on a college campus. Before and after care is available for day students in grades 2-6 and lunch is included. Online programs in dynamic virtual classrooms are also enrolling.

Prospect Park and Brooklyn Bridge Park

• Prospect Park Day Camp (Grades PreK-5): Join us in Brooklyn’s backyard for hands-on environmental science learning and play.
• Brooklyn Bridge Day Camp (Grades PreK-5): In partnership with Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy, we’ll explore and learn about Brooklyn’s waterfront.
• Adventure Overnight Camp (Grades 1-10): At our 1000-acre campsite, we’ll build outdoor skills, learn environmental science principles, and enjoy biking and canoe adventures.

Trail Blazers is a 501c3 nonprofit; scholarships are available to help keep programs accessible to all.
